The Bordeaux area is served by the Bordeaux-Merignac International Airport. Here is some information on how to get to/from the airport:

• Bordeaux-Merignac International (BOD)
  • Your best bet is to take the JetBus airport shuttle to the city (Bordeaux St.-Jean trainstation) at a cost of 6.00 EUR. Check out the schedule here (click on the Taxis/ Buses link)
    • There are no discounts for airline employees.
  • Naturally, you can always take a cab, but it will be more expensive (about 30.00 EUR). Just follow the airport signs to the cab stand and tell the agent where you are heading or just stand on the cab line.
