The San Antonio area is served by the San Antonio International Airport. Here is some information on how to get from the airport:

• San Antonio International (SAT)
  • Take the #2 Blanco bus operated by VIA towards downtown. At the time of this writing, the fare is $0.80. You can view a schedule here [PDF reader required]. Travel time is just under an hour.
  • There are also shared ride shuttles operated by SATRANS that cost $12.00 one way and $22.00 round trip for a ride to the downtown hotels. You may contact them a t 1-210-281-9900. They operate from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily. They also operate to other San Antonio area destinations. Here is a coupon that expires on December 31, 2005. It save $1.00 each way.
    • There are no discounts for airline employees.
  • Naturally, you can always take a cab, but it will be more expensive. Just follow the airport signs to the cab stand and tell the agent where you are heading or just stand on the cab line.
