The following airports have odd things about them:
- Amsterdam Schipol, Netherlands (AMS)
- The gates have a different number inside the terminal than it does outside. For example: D59 on the passenger side is D3 on the air side of the terminal.
- Houston-George Bush Intercontinental, Texas (IAH)
- The Gate Numbering System
- Terminal A is missing gates A13-A16
- Terminal B is also very odd as it starts at B60. Gates B1-B59 are no where to be found.
- Terminal C is not to be outdone as there is no C1-C13, and C28.
- Paris-Charles de Gaulle, France (CDG)
- The numbering system of the Halls (Concourses, if you are from the U.S.) in Terminal 2 is odd. Terminal 2 has five Halls: A, B, C, D and F. For the longest time, there was no Hall E. It started construction in late 2001 and was opened in 2004. Sadly, a part of it collapsed and that part is still now closed.
