Flight Benefits: Guard Them
In a recent article, I read where a mom gave her daughter a space available ticket to ride on Air Canada; something happened on the flight and instead of just letting her mother know, so her mom can send feedback through the appropriate channels, the daughter sent a note to senior leadership and also copied in the media.
The result: mom’s flight benefits are suspended for two years.
I’ve written about this in the past, i.e. how to behave when passriding. You can read it here.
It’s interesting to read public comments on the post as the general public doesn’t understand how flight benefits work.
